2nd brushing entirely thanks to our thread. I am feeling a little down this evening and would have forgotten to brush my teeth had this thread not reminded me.

Way to go on doing the 2nd brushing. Glad you find this thread helpful. I do too, as I really want to be able to come here and post that I've flossed/brushed.

I acknowledge I was in a depressive spell last night and this morning. I still have not flossed and scraped and I haven't brushed today but plan to.

I am caught up. I was depressed and in bed all morning, but got up in the early afternoon and got my act together: flossed (it took twice as long as normally because of accumulated gunk, scraped and brushed, and then just now brushed again. The mouth feels wonderfully clean.

today I did both the morning floss, scrape, brush and the afternoon 2nd brushing. from that standpoint it has been a good day
