If you eat acidic foods such as tomatoes and brush immediately, it may damage the tooth enamel.

Brushing immediately after meals? You may want to wait. | Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

My left side teeth, all of them, are very sense to cold and painful in general. I’m going to the dentist on Monday. My wife said it’s my sinus infection causing this.

In my twenties I had this problem when sinuses caused tooth ache immediately below the sinuses.

hello i had all my teeth removed last year but it is still hard to deal with because i rely on dentures and have to use and clean with denture cream. i do love the look it gave me because i had periodontal desease and my teeth were falling out! it took a year for the dentist to get them all out and now i feel great!!!

Congratulations! Your dentures must be uniform and symmetrical, right?

@rjdb sorry you need a root canal. I'm scared I might need one.

Better day yesterday, flossed and brushed.

Yeah it sucks. I’m not anti biotics and ibuprofen until I can get in there.

Why don't you ask for Vicodin? If the pain is so bad, Ibuprofen may not cut it. You would only use Vicodin short-term.

@Tart Cherry Jam, Yes I'm really trying to be consistent this time. Signed up for another 5 day Tiny Habits program and so far so good.

Flossed and brushed again yesterday.

tonight is one of those rare nights when I am able to do the 2nd brushing right before going to bed.

It certainly feels wonderful.

One of my upper side teeth hurts when I brush. It does not bother me otherwise. I will report it at my next cleaning in a couple of weeks. Maybe I need a filling?

@rjdb, When's your next dentist appointment? Could you maybe call their office and see if you can get in earlier?

Flossed, brushed, and rinsed with antibacterial mouthwash yesterday. In good news my gums have stopped bleeding when I brush.

I've signed up for another 5 day Tiny Habits program to help me keep it going.
