I have never heard of this syndrome before, but I have known old people who would fit this definition.

Flossed and scraped the tongue twice yesterday, second time as I was getting ready for bed. It sure felt nice sleeping through the night (well almost, until 5:30) with clean teeth.

I so much liked going to bed with flossed teeth and sleeping through the night (more typically I wake up several times) that I am repeating it tonight. Flossed, scraped my tongue AND brushed. Now, going to bed. Good night! If I encounter problems making this into a habit, I will go back to the Tiny Habits program.

Flossed and brushed yesterday. I'm starting to look forward to how my teeth feel after they've been brushed.

I have just noticed this quote from you signature, Splitimage: "If you see the wonder in a fairy tale, you can take the future even if you fail." Abba
I remember ABBA from when I was a child. Fond memories. __________________ Bipolar I w/psychotic features Last inpatient stay in 2018 Geodon 40 mg Seroquel 75 mg Lybalvi 5 mg as a PRN Gabapentin 1200 mg, Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects) Long term side effects from medications some of them discontinued: - hypothyroidism - obesity Suspected narcolepsy Treated with Ritalin 5mg |

I loved Abba, listened to a lot of it as a kid, and still enjoy listening to them occasionally.
Brushed and flossed yesterday. |

Flossed and brushed yesterday. It wasn't the best brushing in the world as I kind of rushed it as I was super tired from work, but at least I did it.

Yesterday:
Brushed once in the morning Flossed in the morning, at bedtime and a little bit after lunch at work (our restrooms are stocked with little flossers). Did Waterpik in late afternoon at home. Felt great with all of that.

Yesterday I flossed and brushed and scraped my tongue at bedtime. It is definitely much more pleasant to sleep with a completely clean mouth.

A good idea for clean teeth is to swish some hydrogen peroxode around the teeth, dont swallow it though, lol

I researched the issue of hydrogen peroxide several years ago and ultimately decided not to use it, even though I initially bought a hydrogen peroxide rinse from Amazon, but I do not remember now what the arguments against using it were, it has been several years and my memory is faulty. I then tried to donate the big bottle of the hydrogen peroxide rinse through the local Buy Nothing network but found no interested parties.
Just mentioning this to inform you that there were strong arguments against its use.

It will stain your teeth. It can be used occasionally, like to help a gum problem, but should not be used every day.

Several months ago I found out that my electronic toothbrush is actually a bluetooth device and comes with AI coaching. It was an accidental discovery when I found the box it arrived in during a decluttering expedition. LIve and learn!
Since then I have been using it for coaching and today I was able to cover 94% of the tooth surface thoroughly when brushing. I also was able to reduce overpressure that I had been guilty of. If you are on the market for electronic toothbrushes, I do recommend bluetooth devices! Another thing I like about it is that in the history log of the OralB app on my smartphone, I can check when I last brushed. It is sometimes useful for me since I always wait at least 30 minutes after brushing before any food or drink.
