Flossed and brushed yesterday.

Now that I've consistently brushed for a week, I think I may switch from my Oral B toothbrush to a manual one. I've noticed my mouth feels kind of sore after brushing, and I suspect it's the vibration. So I think I'll try manual.

Flossed but didn't brush last night. Will brush this morning before heading out to my first appointment.

Several months ago I found out that my electronic toothbrush is actually a bluetooth device and comes with AI coaching. It was an accidental discovery when I found the box it arrived in during a decluttering expedition. LIve and learn!

Since then I have been using it for coaching and today I was able to cover 94% of the tooth surface thoroughly when brushing. I also was able to reduce overpressure that I had been guilty of.

If you are on the market for electronic toothbrushes, I do recommend bluetooth devices!

Another thing I like about it is that in the history log of the OralB app on my smartphone, I can check when I last brushed. It is sometimes useful for me since I always wait at least 30 minutes after brushing before any food or drink.
