Flossed and brushed yesterday. I have a dentist appointment today for a filling, and that will hopefully be the end of dentist stuff until my next cleaning.

I haven't brushed my teeth in longer than I can even say. I've never had a cavity before and it's actually a curse because then I don't have to brush to avoid pain and money loss so I just have a little tooth decay on my top right side. It's not fair. But this time it's been so long I know when i brush I'm gonna have open cavities after and I've never had one. I really need to get my hygiene back on track.
