Flossed and brushed yesterday. I have a dentist appointment this morning for a cleaning. Really hoping it goes ok.

I brushed and flossed twice yesterday. I went to the dentist the other day to fix my crown, I have an appointment on December 13th for a full cleaning/ exam.

Flossed and brushed yesterday.
The cleaning went ok. It was a bit painful when the hygienist did my back teeth as I had some plaque about the gum line that she needed to scrape off. But she said my gums are really healthy and to keep up what I'm doing with the flossing. |

Brushed and flossed twice today. I’m starting to do good with sticking to it

I got a nice mouthwash today and it really makes brushing more enjoyable cause it’s super refreshing. I also got a new fancy type of floss. Next step is to get a tongue scraper cause that helps a lot with germs and bad breath that accumulate on your tongue
I’m treating brushing my teeth differently than I used to. It used to be a chore. Now I get nice products and use them and it feels more like an indulgence every time I brush my teeth and an investment to keep my teeth from getting more damage than they’ve already got over the years. I got an oral b electric toothbrush awhile back and that’s been great too. __________________ “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

That all sounds great @Blue_Bird Using nice products can definitely make a difference.
I bought some good mouthwash yesterday and I'm hoping I'll be motivated to use it regularly.. \ Just managed to floss yesterday. |
