I'm currently on Lesson 4 of the book and have reached a milestone of progress. Giant Steps is definitely helping me. I feel more positive, happy and confident. Basically, what I do is I read a passage, reflect on what I just learned, and then write down key insights and responses in a notebook.

I am on Section 1 right now, entitled, "Dreams of Destiny". I don't attribute all of my progress to Robbins. But, along with consistently and perpetually adhering to my medication regimen, doing the lessons in Giant Steps is benefitting me. And it's not all about "dreaming"; albeit it is a large component of the process. Robbins has said to "enjoy the process", and that is exactly what I have been doing. That along with learning profound teachings of life.
