Today is day 2 of recovery, its sucks balls worse than day 1, its been harder to control the daydreams and stopping them.

That sounds challenging to say the least @Shaylle - the first few days of any change I find to be the worst.

@CANDC

I can understand how difficult it is to begin, I expected it to be, I expected to have to take very little baby steps. I'm still struggling to get up in the mornings and not automatcally slip into a daydream but how can I expect myself to be purfect and not screw up when its only the beginning of day 3, I look forward to keep posting updates to show my progress an even to keep reminding myself of just how much progress I've already made.
