It is a GREAT book to help you live a more joyful life, my therapist recommended it. Its very short, simple, but very informative, it touches every aspect in psychology its great I recommend it.

Yes I have moonkin and thank you for the positive review. I too believe its simplicity is its greatest virtue...

It is used in recovery from many issues and is focused upon greatly in BPD recovery.

I haven't read it, but I think it is on my bookshelf upstairs.

Yes I've read it, I think a womens sobriety group use it like AA use their BIg Book.

Excellent book & there is also "The 4 Agreements Companion Book" by Don Miguel Ruiz with Janet Mills. "Using the 4 agreements to master the dream of your life. Leading you to stop judging, mainly yourself, & to start practicing another way of life."

I have had to awhile & haven't started it yet! You have given me the push to start it!!--Suzy
