I suck at everything! Even SI!!!! I a razor and chicken out but the urge is still there. So what do I do?? I grab a freakin thumb tack and scratch the surface of my skin til some blood comes out. What the hell??? I suck!

I'm glad that you didn't hurt yourself more. You do not suck! Are you dealing with some tough issues right now?

You do not suck. You do not suck for giving into the urge to self-injure, nor do you suck for not doing "more" or "worse" self injury.

Please do take care of yourself, and I am glad it wasn't any worse.
