i hadnt done it in so long... but i have just got soo down i can stop i jsut feel like i have to... i hate this feeling i was soo prud that i hadnt done it in soo long....but now i have let myself down.... what should i do????

Realize it's not your fault - and get back up and try again! I don't think you've let anyone down, although I identify with the feelings you have. Perhaps realizing what triggered/led you to the point of self harming, so that way you know for next time?

Thanks for your replies i am still stuggling really hard not to s/h dont know what to do to be honest my exams are stressing me out soo much its making me worse if i am honest....

I am sorry you feel so bad. But you're hurting yourself. And I wish you'd stop. I can't make you, but I wish you would stop doing that.
It's ok to be stressed and even overwhelmed, but hurting yourself like that won't make those stresses go away. I hope your exams go well and that you get through this. I'm sure you will. Please get yourself help if you can. I imagine you need to be in therapy too. I just don't want you to hurt yourself anymore.
