Breathe.

Remember the reasons you threw it out.

You're allowed to be angry, but how about instead of hurting yourself, that you do something else - like rip up paper, or pound a pillow, or go for a hard walk or scream into a pillow? Or just vent. A lot. Being angry doesn't mean you've got to hurt yourself.

48+ hours is great!! You can do it. I know the first few days are definitely the hardest, hold on.

Remember this? remember how strong you felt - how good it felt to throw your blade away

I want mine back too but I know I would do serious damage next time - so its good we both threw them away - you can do this - let the anger out - hit a pillow or exercise until you are really tired - sigh - this is so hard - I am so sorry - i wish I could take the urges away for you ...and me ... and everyone- but you just have to do this second by second minute by minute

what made you angry? do you want to talk about it? somtimes that helps
