3 weeks no SI - yeah!!!!!! I havnt broken my promise to T - yeah!!!!

today I had to have a CT and xrays - all ok - but i had to wear a sleevelss gown for the xray so you could see the cuts on my arm and wrist where my watch usually is - they looked gross - ugly - (like I feel on the inside)
and the guy treated me like a freak - like I was going to attack him or somthing -

ok that was bad....... and I wanted to SI really really really badly - BUT

I didnt!!!! YEAH !!!!!!!!

so its still THREE WHOLE WEEKS with NO SI......(physical harm) I still overspend and overeat - they are the next things i will deal with that and the self loathing that brought me to SI in the first place - tiny steps

But hey 3 weeks no cutting!!!!!! yeah!!!!!

If I can do it so can you guys

Well done hun!

Doctors, health care assistants, whatever, can be real pricks about self harm. It's good you just ignore that.

You ****ing RULE!

I am sooo happy that you are getting out of the self harm pattern. Go you x

The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about past or worries about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness by looking into the past, but you are still grounded in the present moment"
