Have you tried "shocking" yourself back into reality through taking a very cold then very hot shower for 5 minutes?

Running your wrists in ice cold water under the faucet for 2 minutes no matter how cold it is?

Try jumping up and down until you have reached enough energy release causing you to get out of your negative frame of mind?

Ripping up a phone book with a lot of force?

Going outside and take a walk?

Exercise very intensly?

Please try your best to keep safe.
Thinking of you,

The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about past or worries about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness by looking into the past, but you are still grounded in the present moment"
