I am so so sorry you are hurting, You are doing so well and have come so far hopefully this is just a blip in the process. Dont beat yourself up over it.

They don't have to be down the drain. I know that I feel that way after I SI when I have not for a while but you had 22 successful days w/o SI. That is awesome. Something happened and triggered you ~ maybe you can look at that.

so not down the drain then if you didnt SI....... whats happening...... do you want to tell us - can we help? Put down the blade it only gives pain not relief - its a false type of forgetfullness that allows us to try to pretend that our problems dont exist - I am really sorry you are so triggered - can you do somthing else that takes your mind from this....
