At least you are still here. I wish that you were right here in front of me so that I could give you a real hug and maybe I could be more help to you than from clear over here on the other side of the pond, plus several mountain ranges, etc...

Sometimes maybe it takes something like this in order to get the help you need and start to be able to recover. I hope that from this point you climb steadily and keep going until you find purpose in your life and are in a place where you can be happy.

Remember, we're here when you need us.

I hope that the hospital stay helped you get into a safer internal space and that you will be able to use that space to help yourself. It is often difficult to reach out for help especially when you are used to being denied. Perhaps you will be able too next time you feel down.
Take care dear one,

Louise,

Don't apologize, sometimes we feel like we just can't reach out...as much as we want to. The important thing is that you're here now. We will be here when you need us.

A big hug to you,

Louise,

I am so glad that you did not succeed........you are a wonderful, giving person that would be sorely missed.

Please stay in touch.

I think that the small step towards accepting "okayness" is a wiser goal than the giant leap towards "undisputably wonderful"

Take care and stay safe,
