Ok, I know it's been almost two weeks since I last cut myself, and I know it would only hurt myself and my family more if I did, but I really want to do it again Obviously, I'm not very strong. If I was, I'd try to distract myself from doing it. But I so, so want to. Ugh...

I feel that, if I did do it again, I would be letting down my parents, my counselor, and myself. A lot of the reason I stopped was because I felt that my counselor was kind of disappointed in me. The logical part of me knows this isn't true, but it's possible, isn't it?

The urge comes and goes, but I know I would feel a bit better if I did it. Especially late at night, when I feel worse. Ignore me, just rambling again.

I wasn't sure if this would be triggering, but I used the post icon anyway.

((((((((((IndieSoul)))))))))))))

You ARE strong for holding off the urge for this long. Take it as it comes, but please try not to hurt yourself.

Sure, people may be disappointed in you if you relapsed. It is true that can happen. But try not to let yourself down, first and foremost.

I ramble too, and being alone at night is the worst for me as well.

Thank you

Well, unfortunately I did relapse The part that is making me angry, though, is that my session today with my counselor is with my parents. I have communication issues with my parents, so I don't talk much when I'm in front of them. So I can't really talk about it with my counselor, as much as I would like to

Blargh. (((((((((IndieSoul)))))))))))))) Completely understand not wanting to talk around the 'rents. I'm 23, and I still can't stand talking in front of them about some stuff. I hope you have a private session with her soon?

Sorry about the relapse.
