I wanna cut. And I know my pattern...resist the urge for a few days then finally give in. I'm probably on my third day now, so it's only a matter of time.

Yesterday at my appointment was the first time I think in a long time I wore short sleeves, thing is, I don't cut my arms. It's just been a coincidence with the long-sleeve thing. Anyway, I finally wore short sleeves and the whole time I could tell my T was trying to look for something. I'd catch her glancing...so I kept my forearms down so she couldn't see. If she wants to know then she can %#@&#! ask. GOD. Don't be all secretive about it, lady.

Meh. Sorry, again...I don't mean to really worry anyone.

Yes, when the urge hits, why not come here? There's plenty of people with good distractions that work well. It's worth a shot. Wishing you are well.

Hey, at least you are resisting for at least a few days. I know how that goes. If each time you try to resist just a little bit longer, eventually you will beat it entirely. It's still rotten having those urges though, isn't it?

You don't have to be sorry to us. You are loved and accepted here no matter what.
sorry.
