So i thought i was doing good yesterday. I took this razor and hid in from my fiance. I was trying very hard not to do anything. Then I started scratching in the same spot.. I did put the razor back. So I guess that was good. It is just so hard to stop, plus I threw up twice. Do anyone else think that is progress.

Yes because you stopped yourself in the act
You used proper judgment to change your actions
These are definately great steps to change
Keep on going and I love your progress
This is what can make a difference either positive or negative, good or bad.
Keep it up!!!
