Rapunzel Thanks for asking about me. And thanks, Angela, for telling me this thread was here. I read every single post in this forum, but wasn't going to get to it tonight because I worked graveyard last night and then swing, and tomorrow I'm going to Las Vegas to play at a wedding with the recorder group I joined, and Saturday I work 8 a.m. until 10:30 p.m., and then Sunday too, but only until 3. So it would have been Sunday evening before I got here.

I'm tired, but doing ok most of the time. One of my jobs ends with the end of the school year, and then things will slow down, and I'm actually looking forward to that, even though that's my preferred job, where I feel like they appreciate me. T says that my work schedule is self-injurious.

I haven't been too tempted to cut or anything quite like that since the last time I was posting here about wanting to, but I'm also realizing that I have a lot of habits that do constitute si, even if it's just working myself into the ground, or neglecting my vitamins (which if I do that, I get anemia symptoms). I've still got stuff to work on for sure - a lot of it would contitute changing my attitude so that I stop using every little thing as a way to hurt myself.

Right now I'm tired, but feeling like I'm accomplishing something at work, so I like the sense of fulfillment, and I'm genuinely happy to have friends like all of you who care about me. I appreciate that very much.
