I get scared when I am alone in the house with all these sharp knives. I would never hurt myself with my mom in the house, but when she leaves at nighttime, I feel like my safety net is gone.
I have to call my T to get through it.
I can't keep calling him.
What do I do?

Not sure! I hate to be in your situation, though; I can't stand being in the house alone. The anxiety tests I took on here all said I've got little anxiety problems, but I feel like it's worse than that...and I tried to be as honest as possible. Anyway, I have no idea what you could do when you're alone in the house with knives.

Think positive thoughts; maybe distract yourself with something positive. I'm here for you! Feel better soon.

Did you ask your T this question?
