my mental health psychologist that deals with borderline personality disorder told me to fight hard not to cut. In the end that only lasted two days and then i went back to selfharming i have done it for three days in a row now. I was wondering if there is a way of curbing that problem

did your psychologist give you any ideas on ways to help you do that? It's really hard to remove a behavior, especially a coping behavior, without having something else to replace it with.

Here's a pinned topic we have of "things you can do instead of hurting yourself" maybe some of them will be good ideas. http://forums.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=10310
