are you seeing a therapist or doc? If not , I would suggest that you look into some form of treatment, esp. if you are starting to si. In the meantime, keep posting and know that you are not alone. blessings!

Feeling the way you do is hard. Without help, it is likely your life will get even harder.

Yes, stepping out of your comfort zone is scary. You must decide if a better life is worth the risk. Please take the risk. Please decide you are a valuable person who needs a bit of help right now. Find someone to help you and be open and trusting. Do it today.

Good luck.

I would start seeing somone. I recommend going to see a doctor. If you're scared it might make it easier to plan ahead - write down what you are going to say; choose a time and a day to go; and make an appointment.

It might make you feel better once you've got everything off your chest. And once you actually start seeing a therapist, therapies such as CBT and DBT can really help!

Good Luck
