So for the past two weeks or so I have been debating talking to a counselor at school because it did not go well last year.
But today I called and made a appointment I didn't think I could do it but I did. I am doing this because it has been over a year since I cut and I can feel myself get very anxious. I don't want to take a step back, that scares me the most. My session is next Monday and I am going to try and be open. I want to get better.
Thanks for this!

Well you have made two big steps, wanting to get better, and taking action to get better. Congradulations it a tough road but you have made two of the hardest steps.

I really want to see a counselor but I just can't get myself to do it.
