i have found this very useful in helping myself control the urge to self harm. plus its help without having to actualy talking to someone which i like. hope u find it usefull x
 An automated response support service for people who feel the need to self harm, which hopes to divert from the immediate need to cut and provide a support at times of need. Users just text FLSH to the service and receive a randomly selected message suggesting a diversion or another way of finding help and support. The...re is no charge to receiving a text and no limit to the number of times it can be used. Users pay only their usual charge (if any) to send a text message.
