Didn’t really plan on telling my therapist about my SI today but I did. Glad about that more because I don’t have to feel bad about not telling her than anything she said about it. I think she saw it much like I did as a symptom not really the problem, not to say that it isn’t a problem, just not the biggest I’m dealing with at the moment.

It is a good Idea to tell her, another good thing is to find the cause of all the problems. Oh wait that may take some time. But still glad you told her. Keep up the Amzing work!
