Well, I had a session with my T today, and guess what.... (trumpets) It helped a TON! We did EMDR on my first night that I remember wanting to hurt myself, and it actually took away some of the SI thoughts and feelings, So now, I try and Stop the SI, I CAN DO IT!!! (and so can you)
It took several years though to get down to the bottom of it. And a lot of work on my part. So as I have said before to all of you, read the signature below, and it just may help you today!! |

What great news!!!! And I'll bet it was a better session because you were more open with your therapist! So YOU made it better!
