I don't think you should do any of the things you mentioned. Never make important decisions when you're upset. Take some slow deep breaths and wait for these feelings to pass

It's okay - we all having those fleeting thoughts that we don't intend on really doing. At least you got to vent it out. Punch a few pillows or go out in an open field where no one can hear you and scream your head off lol. This gets your frustration out so it doesn't fester inside.
