It's with a heavy heart that I say I don't think I'll be able to visit this forum any longer. It seems that most of these posts are triggering to me, even if they don't specifically talk about self injury itself, and I have just now realized that. I thought I would be able to stay here and support others but I guess I can't...I need to find my stable ground first. If I'm serious about quitting, then I need to do everything I can to make myself safe and it seems like coming here isn't in my best interests. Please don't think it's any of you, because it isn't, it's me.

I love all of you dearly, and I only hope for the best for every last one of you. Please take care of yourselves, and be safe!

I know the triggering. I can't come here often and when I do I don't look much. Hugs to you!
