I've had to start cutting on my ankle so they don't see the marks at work. They now get infected really easily and I'm not sure what to do. It makes it sting longer, and I like that, but I know it can not be a good thing. I have neosporin, but that makes the sting disappear completely. Does anyone know what I can do to keep it from getting infected, but leaves the sting? And it would be nice to know if there is any reason I should worry about it getting infected.
Thanx

I know I shouldn't cut, but thank you for the tips. I've tried stoping, but I'm just going through too much right now to even consider quitting. I want to do it as safely as I can, even though I know it is never really safe to do it iin the first place. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I just wasn't sure what a pharmasist would think if I go up to the counter and go,"what is the best stuff to stop infection in a wound but make it hurt like hell at the same time." Anyone tried that before? What do you guys use, for those of you who still cut?
