I scratched a patch of skin off my arm again yesterday.

I suppose it is better than the other thoughts I was having.

(((BNLsMOM))) - so sorry you're struggling. Have you discussed this with your doctor?

Not my doctor. I won't talk about this to her because she scares me.

I will tell my T.

Yes I meant therapist? Do you know any mothers in your area? Maybe meet and go to the park together.

It itches. I want to scratch it. I have already taken the scab off a few times.

Very open. We are in close contact; every three days or so and the option to call him 24/7.

We're kind of in a holding pattern until I can get my meds evaluated on the 30th. He is acting as my reality check right now, and he is letting me talk some things out. He doesn't want to risk triggering me any further until I have a meds cushion. If things get bad before the 30th, I will have to go to the hospital.

I am having other SI urges too, that I have discussed with him.

Sounds like you have a good therapist. I'm so glad that you can be open with him.
