I'm in so much pain all the time and I don't know what to do!
The scar on my left arm is huge and disgusting and swollen and red and it hurts all the time. It's like a sharp pinching pain that doesn't go away unless I rub it/put pressure on it, but usually after I quit it just comes back. If I scrap it on anything, even just hardly scratching it by accident by something it's so very painful and the pain takes forever to fade.
It's been five months, should it be healed by now? Should I start to get worried about it and get it looked at? Even if I get it looked at what could they do?

I would get it looked at, there may be an infection; it shouldn't be angry, red, and swollen anymore. It sounds like it could be have a problem.

agreed - i'd get it looked at; could be a staph infection and you'd need anti-biotics.

Yes get it looked at, and they won't do anything really they can only act if your SI is recent or if they feel you are about to SI.
