i do hope you're alright and did not need medical attention. Sometimes we all gotta do what we gotta do - but still it needs to be done with some safety in mind. I hope you got what you needed in some form and can now turn to some better coping skills. All who walk this path retrace our steps at some point, but all must walk on eventually.

I'm sorry, but that is just disconcerting. If you are saying what I think you are, then I'd just like to say, that IMO, nobody has ever "gotta" SI. Sorry, that just really shocked me and for the good of everyone fighting, I couldn't ignore it.

Granite1,

This is exactly why I make a point to try and fight for yourself and not just for others, because the fact in life, is people come and go.

There will be things about you that you can't see, because your eyes are closed. Good things. It's the same with practically everyone I talk to who is in these sort of situations, myself included, apparently.

Try to respect and appreciate yourself, for you, for once. The people on here (or anyone local) who do know you, will be able to help you find the positives in you.

Sorry, I'm very tired, I don't mean to ramble this much.

Regards,
Akuma

SI won't make you feel better, it might make you think you feel better but SI is like a drug, when the feeling wears off your problems are still there.

You (and me as well) need to find better long term coping mechanisms than SI, not for others but for yourself.
