OMG i am so confused i hate this feeling that has taken me over.i cant really place it but it is deep and disturbing.i am trying so hard to just push it away.i really dont want to be feeling this way at all it isnt good.i keep thinking if i start cutting myself it will help me get rid of the awfullness i seem to be feeling.god knows i have tried everything else.all i know is i want it GONE.cutting may help.i guess i just want someone to understand

i know how you feel, i know exactly what feeling you are trying to describe. It's hard. I usually tell myself it'll pass, and just keep myself busy and away from sharp objects. Just do something calming, i take bubble baths feel free to message me if you want to talk, i'm always around.

I think we both know through experience that SI won't really make the bad feelings go away, might mask them for a brief period of time but they are still there, and when they come back (they always do) they will be stronger, and not only will you have a new scar but it will be that much harder to resist SI again. At least that has been my personal experience.

Do you want to talk about these feelings granite? Feelings are part of being human. Feelings weren't meant to be pushed away or repressed.
