I got triggered really bad. I made a big mess. And, it's triggered memories of my step-dad be*ting me and worse.
I want to scr*tch and c*t. I havent done it for awhile. But, I hate myself so mch right now. They were right I'm bad, stupid, ugly. I dont deserve anything good.

I don't know who is telling you that you are bad and all those things, but they are WRONG. You deserve good things in your life, like happiness, love, and security. I hope that you can hang in there and see that you are a wonderful human being who deserves much more than you are giving yourself credit for.

You are bad because you are responding normally to a bad trigger? You have done nothing wrong and you never did anything wrong. Your step dad was sick and what was wrong was that he chose to handle his problems by beating a defenseless child.
