I fought anxiety all day long and tonight I gave into my SI .....HATE myself so much...why cant I fight it....I am anxious about seeing my T tomorrow .... I have failed myself and him too....UGH....my arm is hurting and I had trouble getting it to stop but it has stopped now...UGH hate seeing it after I am done....but felt good while doing it....why is this so D*M crazy in my head....
dont mind me I am screwed up right now....

Just human. Be patient with yourself. People don't change overnight and sometimes we revert to old behaviors. Please take care of yourself.
