I hate myself I'm worthless and pathetic I cut myself last night in a club 15 cuts on my shoulder, y am I so useless y do I do this to myself, I HATE MY LIFE, this is the first time I did it in a public place and now I'm worried what if I do sumthing else in a public place.

I hear your concern. It is very dangerous to do on your shoulder as it is a lot closer to major arteries there. Please get some immediate help. I am very worried about you. Stay safe and take it each moment by moment...if you feel the urge to cut again, I am here.
