I can't stand this anylonger. I don't know what to do, or who to turn to for help. Right now, I want to talk, I want to be heard, I want to......... I want to get better but I just don't know what to use, or who to turn to. I tried to councelors and one was just to far away, and the other refuered me to another who only take people on medicade. I just don't know who to turn to for Med management, Do i try another place or go see the a Family physician, I just dont' know what to do, I know one person I want to talk to, and can only wait to see if i can talk to him. I really don't know what to do.... any ideas??

Your Gp can help definitey they are trained to prescribe medication for anxiety and depression Calling a crisis line helps as well to just talk and tell them just need help until the feeling passes Any community groups in your area they are often free as well. University students in psych programs will take people on reduced rate ones that are graduating School councillors can also help.

It sounds like you are really going through a rough time at the moment. Sick has some great advice, I don't really have anything to add except that you can talk here, you let all the bad things out and here are people who will listen and who care and won't judge you.

Keep safe.

All I can say is I'm trying, and I just kind of have to find something that will help, before the mental hopstial becomes my only option. Any ideas on how to increase motivation?

A family physician can help you find a pdoc. Please don't get lost in the shuffle. Continue to have hope that if you keep trying and looking that you will get what you need.

Ya, still haven't called, I just can't do anything. The only thing that I can do is just get online and, that's it. I just hope this will end, and I can start to do things that i used to do. I don't even want to SI or call a doc or T. Any suggestions to help motivate me to do something besides Interent and TV.

I tried to go back and see the T that I saw, and she turned me away...... now i don't even want help..... just want to get away from these lame people...... and getting pushed to go to another more "Intense" group that has various levels just doesn't sound like what I neeed. What I need is someone to help me get of one med, and become more stable with the other one.

I HATE THIS> I HATE MOVING> WHY DID I LET THEM AT SCHOOL PUSH ME INTO GOING AWAY FORM THOSE THAT COULD HAVE TREATED ME.

How did this T "push you away"? What happened? So why don't you want to go to that group?

First of all I found some one for my meds. YEA!!! And the T said that it was aginst company policy to treat someone their becuase they don't have enough "care". So I guess T will have to wait until I get to school. at least I hope that i can get in. I'm still waiting but, the good news is that I found someone for Med Mangement. and hopefully the changes will help.

Very good Puzzclar. Please do not stop getting yourself what you need okay? If you keep working you will get what you need. If you give up you won't get what you need. Now don't let anything or anyone stop you from getting yourself what you need okay?
