i am having a super hard time at the moment and cant help but want to cut. i want to drink until i dont remember anything and i wouldnt care if i do things i regret.
i dont know what to do.
i wish there was something that made me feel better, but i cant think of anything, im just numb.

or maybe i want to be numb, or maybe i just dont want to be here at all.

Sometimes we will have a hard day, but things will have to get better, they just have to. Just keep going, keep writing things out, keep talking here.

I'm really sorry, these certainly are stressors. Would talking about it more help?

Well, talking can help you cope and frequently it helps a person to formulate a plan.

Another idea is to go and work out do something you used to enjoy. For me it's Yoga, for others its running, walking, playing sports, or anything that gets the heart rate up and more oxegen in you.

If talking wont help, then find something else that will, puch your pellow if you have to. Just stay safe doing something physical. (If your body alows you to do it before the surgury that you are having)
Thanks for this!
