I am twenty four I haven't cut since I was 17, the last few weeks its all I can think about. Tonight I was on an emotional rollercoster and sliced my ankel... it felt/feels so good. I don't want to start this again but I think I just made a huge mistake all I wanna do is cut again! . . .please. help me, I'm not seeing a T and I need advise! Please

wow 7 years thats a huge achievement. This is just a minor slip up! Pls try and and keep safe. Do you know whats brought this all on? Is there anythin specific thats going on to make you want to cut? Pls take care and keep us posted. Am thinkin of you

I agree, it's a minor slip up. I had one too after I had quit for a year. In fact, it was just about a month ago. I thought the same thing you are. That all I wanted to do was cut more and that I had really messed up and now I was going to be addicted to it again.. I wasn't though. I haven't done it again. Cutting yourself one time in 7 years is pretty darn amazing. You've done a great job by not cutting for that long, and even though you had a slip-up just do your best to not think about it. The more you get angry with yourself over it the more you'll want to do it. Cool off and don't think about it. If you can go seven years you can go seven more years. Hope you're doing okay, and wish you all the best..

Bad divorce, bad break up six months later, money issues just diagnosed BPD a lot brought this on. Hoping I don't do it again but its all I have thought about all day!! Thanks for replying!! I need support from people who understand !

Not really no one who understands, my family is the perfect "normal" type::I will be ok I think I just need to get back on track. I did it once more but I think I'm in control again. . .

I made an apt. With a t last week and didn't show which added to my guilt, I know I need one but I'm afraid to go!! Now I'm afraid to call her since I just stood her up!!

You'll come to terms with missing the apt. but at least you have someone to talk to, use her, she can help you.

Abaca, Ts are used to this. Many people are afraid and cancel. Can you make a new appt. and let us support you so that you make it to this next appt.?
