Last night i self harmed for the first time is a long while, i punched my head before hitting elbows and head against a lamppost, my head has hurt all day.
i suffer with anxiety, and panic attacks and often have feels that i am bleeding internally, when i am clearly not, and feel like i am dying in various ways.
i hit my head around ten times, as well as the battering from my hands, but i now feel like i have a blood clot in my head, i dont even know if you get blood clots in ur head, i dont feel anxious in any other way, so i cant tell whether i am just having a minor panic attack or whether i may actually have injured myself?

I'm really not sure. I know you probably don't want to hear this but the person who would know is a doctor. I hope you feel better

I am so sorry you are feeling so badly. Please see a Dr. if you feel you may have hurt yourself. Please take care of you.

Yes. You can harm yourself seriously by that action. It can kill a person as well.
And yes, I have been where you are right now wondering if I went too far.
I hope that you will decide that you are valuable and deserve to live- and that you will go get checked out. You don't have to say exactly what happened. Just let them know you hit your head rather hard. And I hope that you can find peace inside as well.

If you had a blood clot in your head you wouldn't have been capable enough to type that post.
