This is the first time in a very long time that I haven't wanted to cut! It's such a relief not to have the urge constantly! I'm even an emotional wreck and don't want to cut at all! How did this happen?
I am looking forward to having many more urge-free days and weeks and months!

what t and i do at times like this is try to figure out why the good thing has happened so that we can utililze it it the future to help again. maybe you could try to examine it with t to try to recognize the good why? be safe and gl! wtg! kd

GREAT job. Its good that u dont want to cut. try not to ponder why ur not feeling like ur cutting. Enjoy it. Its a step forward.
