i feel hurting myself really bad i think about 24/7 its not like i havent done anything to myself n i dont exactly know how to stop it because IT has helped me to deal with things for so long i want to do it again until i cant take it anymore!!

yes its a way of coping - but please dont hurt yourelf any more if you can help it

there are some good coping techniques at the top of this page

I know how hard it can be when you have used this method to cope for a long time

but you dont deserve to be hurt - no-one does

do you have a therapist? they can help you wiht this.

actaully yes she tells me to scribble out my feelings as a "coping" technique but nothing ever feels the same than actaully doing it lately i think i been grabbing for it lately thatn usual grrr!!
