Trying to not S.I. Its getting hard I find Myself thinking about it all these emotions that i tend to hide thru that and cant be expressed any other way with me at this point of time. I am anxious cant sit still. Ugh I just feel me snapping and i know its only an matter of time until i break. Writing drawing walking reading dancing i have done it all yet still not feeling better about things i know its not the same release i am looking for. Can I anymore suggestions that can help?! In my heart i know i can do this but at the same time i feel weak for giving in

Well i know i wont stop overnight this is the way i cope with things in life and until i find a more better healthier outlet then this is all i have for right now. I know i am making some progress slowly but surely if i could wave a magic wand and poof all my problems are gone i would but i cant.
