it's all too much right now. i just wnat to cut and let it all out. release the stress. calm down. feel better. i don't feel i can fight it anymore. it's too much. not sure i want to either. just wnat to see the blood.

it's just all the crap that's been going on. and this morning i was going to go get groceries, but couldn't get any money at the atm. that was the last straw. i'm trying to suck up all the stress, don't want the kids to see how stressed i am. but it's not going to end pretty if i keep doing that. i know that.

I'm so sorry that things are so stressful now. Is your therapist helping you to get things settled in your everyday life?

thank you. yes, my t is very helpful. but for some reason i can't bring myself to call her when the urge to si hits, although she always encourages it. i just don't want to bother her.

i know i should. and she wants me to. but i always feel lik ei'm a burden, like i'm bothering people. i don't want to bother people. i really just want to disappear. so people don't have to deal with me anymore.

I can't. I just cna't bring myself to pick up the phone. I have my next appt in four days, I'll just have to tough it out until then. So far I haven't done anything. I kept really busy today, got a lot done, and now I'm too tired and worn out to si. Going to go to bed soon.
