After being SI free for almost a year, last night I carved triangles (trianges because it means the wax can get out of my blood) into my skin with an exacto knife.

Sigh. Everyone is going to be furious with me, but I can't stop...

I don't know anything about cutting but what I do know is that you can start over again always....."Today is the first day of the rest of your life."

Thinking of you fondly!!

Hey! That year did not go down the toilet! No way. You were strong for an entire freaking year and nothing can take that from you. You went that long with out it once- you can do it again.

Hi Pennywhistle. I've been reading your other thread. If you could talk with your T about what the wax means, perhaps you can think of other ways to feel like it's coming out of your blood? Has anyone seen the injuries yet? Are you staying somewhere safe?
