told my t yesterday in an email about s/i-ing. thought she wouldnt like hearing it. and wouldnt work with those issues. but she seems ok with it. guess ill know better when i go to my appointment.

right now im so anxious and nervous about what i did. and scared of seeing her. she says its a big deal. glad i told her so i dont have to keep it a secret anymore. i want going to t to work. so i gotta start taking some chances.

if this goes ok it will make it easier to tell something else. i can see that now.

Nice job putting it out there. It's one of the scariest things to do because it's such a private and personal behavior. I hope she gives you alternatives to SI and helps you work the pain behind it.

Awesome job Sundog!!

Well done for taking that step!
My T knows about me taking meds, but not about the last time. I see her today and am very scared to tell her.

I'm proud of you...it took me years to be able to admit it. Good luck with the session, she'll probably be more understanding than you expect
