I used to cut myself. I just stopped a couple of mounts ago. Lately though i have wanted to do it really bad. Could any body please help me think of things that might help me take my mind off of it.

Deal with the reasons that are causing the urges makes the urges go away.

hey, that's great that you stopped! just think of all the progress you've made :-)
have you ever tried journaling? you can put all your bad stuff in there; scribble, swear, rip it up, whatever. helps some people. short term: loud music and the games arcade.
think there's a list of distractions on here somewhere too, might be worth a go.
