Can you get a Dr. to help? Will meds help you sleep? Do NOT break any bones, Zorah. That is not the solution and only hurts you more. The solution is sleep. Let's try and think of something else that can help you.

WE CARE!

I know, son is scary and you are afraid to sleep, but you need to get some help. Friend? Neighbor? Is H home so you can leave and go to a friends house. You need to ask people IRL to help right now. We can help by talking here, but you need 3D help too.

((((( Zorah )))))

What would you tell me to do, hon? How would you help me? Think about that and do the same for you.

YOU MATTER TO ME!

Zorah, I don't know your medical background or anything, but my doctor says it's ok for me to take a Tylenol PM at night with my meds if I have trouble sleeping. Can you maybe do that?

(((((Petunia)))))

We know what we'd tell you if you were in our position, & it's all great self-protective type stuff, because we'd be worried about you.

But we can't do any of that stuff, it all feels too wrong We think we might have to

I know just what you mean, and I know how hard it is. Logic and emotions are so different, aren't they. But sometimes you just have to disregard the emotions, hard as that is.
What sometimes helps me is to imagine what a best friend would tellme to do. I picture her on my shoulder, guiding me.

Please be kind to yourself.
