My old way to SI feels like I need to change it up... But that is SOO not what I truely need, but at least with changing the method, then it's not so bad to tell the doc, he gets what he wants and I can move on, and not have him say its an ILLUSION of treatment.... I'm just sooo fed up with people just wanting information to try and help you and all they do is screw you up further. I was mixed up before, now I just want to continue, and just give him what he wants.... then I don't get a lecture, but it almost seems like I'm not changing for the best for me, I'm changing my method of SI so that I don't get a lecture about how he needs to know exactly what method I'm using, and the last professional that I told didn't understand, but he excepted what I told him, and we moved on, end of story......

But no, I feel like I need to change the method, just to not make it sound soo bad, and like I'm abusing a certain part of me. WHAT DO I DO?????????????????????????????????????????????????????

He says it's creating an illusion of treatment, and that he can not fully diagnose without that information, but he is acting very unprofessional.

Go ahead and switch and if your parents ask just tell them that you didn't like the other person?

I just have to have the time to look into it... and I don't have time... ahhhh... It's because of the classes... I'm not doing well at all... and I don't know what to change to do better.... So I'm currently trying another method, I may have a Job, but I have to wait and hear back from them... and will hear from them tomorrow while I am in class or at work, at my part time job.

Does the university have a program to help people do better? I remember at one of my universities the psychology department had a program.

I actually learned about memory this week, and I think I found a better way to get it to Long-term, So hopefully it will work... on the other side, it's now been 10 days since I last SI'ed... and I have had little desire to do so this week. Things must be improving.

I think the best thing that I can do for me, is to keep busy, especial at night... for me that means reading a book, textbook or just studying. Not much time watching movies... that's what gets me in trouble. At least I know that now.
